AI music generation features: The songs You create, together with the related prompts, lyrics and settings, are stored on Our servers so that You can access them in Your library across Your Devices. You may delete individual songs from Your library at any time. When You delete Your Account, Your songs and related User Content are deleted from Our active systems within a reasonable period, except where We are required to retain certain information by law.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Specifically, when You use the AI features, Your User Content may be transferred to servers operated by Our AI Service Providers, and data collected by Our other Service Providers may be transferred to their servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries.
